Maintenance Emergencies: If you experience a maintenance emergency, please call ASAP. Please see below what qualifies as a maintenance emergency!
Immediate Emergencies (attend to immediately regardless of the hour):
High volume active water leak (we will first troubleshoot in real time)
Fire (call fire department)
Access due to broken lock
Carbon monoxide detector going off - consistent beeping (may request you to call PGW first or relocate)
24-48 Hour Emergencies (attend to next business day):
No functional toilet
No hot water
No heating
No water (may request you to call PWD first)
No Gas
No electrical (may request you to call PECO first)
Sewage backup
Access due to lost key
No functional sink
72 Hour Emergencies (attend to next 1-2 business days):
No cooling
Roof Leak
Minor water leak
Clogged vanity sink
Clogged secondary toilet
Electrical issues on one outlet
If there is a life-threatening emergency, call 911!
Being locked out of your apartment (due to not having keys) is not considered a maintenance emergency. If this occurs, please contact a locksmith to gain access.
