Rules,  Regulations & Management Policy

Pet Policy:

While we love pets, we only offer pet friendly living in a select few of our homes. Tenant must have written approval from landlord along with a signed addendum by both parties. We also require that both cats and dogs have a current rabies vaccine per PA law (link).  Tenants with dogs over 25 lb are required to have a renter's insurance policy with $300K of liability coverage with the landlord named as additional insured. 

Cats - 2 allowed, One time Fee $325.00 and $100 for each pet thereafter, Rent $35.00 for first pet, $20 for second. 

Dogs - 2 allowed, Max weight 60 lb each, One time Fee $325.00 and $100 for each pet thereafter, Rent $40.00 for first pet, $20 for second. 

Breed restrictions apply, no dogs in multifamily properties. 

Birds (per cage) -Small Breed $10/m each, Large Breed $25/m each.  Small Breeds (ie. Budgies & Finches) - Large Breeds (ie. Parrots & Cockatoos)

Water Filled Tanks “Fish Tanks” -max of 2 gallons
